How much will I get my sentence reduced for guilty plea or remorse letters?

If you plead guilty you may get up to 25% off your sentence depending on how early you plead guilty. You also get 15-15% reduction for remorse letters (letter of apology to victim and/or judge), restorative justice and up to 30% off on the basis of a cultural background report under section 27 of the Sentencing Act.
